Transfers are typically possible only within a limited timeframe after booking and before final payment is made. Eligibility varies by destination and travel supplier. If a reservation falls outside of the transfer eligibility window, we are still happy to assist you. In these cases, a professional service fee may apply depending on the destination and the level of assistance requested. Any applicable fees will always be discussed and approved in advance.
