Hello and welcome! I’m Jenipher Smith, founder and owner of Fulfilling Dreams Travel. From my office in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, I plan ocean, river and expedition cruises, safaris, all-inclusive escapes and group trips for travelers across the U.S.

Having explored five of the world’s seven continents, I bring a deeply personal and immersive approach to travel planning. My firsthand experiences span Europe, including Greece, Turkey, Italy, Spain, France, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, and Croatia, along with South America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Patagonia, and the Falkland Islands), Mexico, Alaska, and dozens of Caribbean islands, with a particular passion for Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Antigua, and St. Lucia.

Do you work with travelers outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. Our office is in Orwigsburg, PA, and we plan trips for clients nationwide by phone, video call and email.
Do you only plan luxury trips?
No. Luxury and cruises are our specialty, but we also plan all-inclusive vacations, safaris, river cruises, group trips and family vacations.
Does it cost more to book with a travel advisor?
No. In most cases, booking with us costs nothing extra, and we can often secure benefits you typically won’t get by booking direct, such as onboard credit, a better stateroom or suite location, and added amenities.
How far ahead should I book?
Expedition cruises to places like Antarctica often book 12 to 18 months out. Luxury and river cruises usually book 9 to 12 months ahead, and all-inclusive resorts 3 to 9 months ahead. Popular dates fill first, so earlier is better.
What happens after I reach out?
We start with a short conversation about how you like to travel. Then we send you curated options, handle the booking, and make sure you have everything you need before you go.
