Few cruises begin as memorably as this one. World Voyager starts with an overnight at London’s Tower Bridge on May 11, 2027, then spends nine nights tracing the Celtic edges of France, England, Ireland and Northern Ireland before arriving in Greenock, the port for Glasgow, on May 20. It suits travelers who want variety, with history, literature, music and coastal scenery in one trip and only one day at sea. Late spring brings long evenings and gardens in bloom.

After the sea day, the first call is St. Malo in Brittany, a walled port city with ramparts you can walk around; Mont-Saint-Michel is within day-trip distance. St. Mary’s, in the Isles of Scilly, offers a very different pace, with small islands, sandy coves and a mild climate. In Ireland, Cobh is the harbor for Cork and was the final port of call for the Titanic in 1912.

Dublin follows, with Trinity College, the Book of Kells and the city’s pub culture. Liverpool brings the Beatles connection and a waterfront that has been beautifully revived. In Belfast, the Titanic Belfast museum stands where the ship was built, and the Antrim coast and Giant’s Causeway are popular excursions. The voyage ends at Greenock, close to Glasgow and a short drive from Loch Lomond.

World Voyager is one of Atlas Ocean Voyages’ small luxury ships, a size that lets it sail up the Thames to Tower Bridge. Atlas takes an all-inclusive approach, with fares generally covering beverages, gratuities and Wi-Fi, and a relaxed, unstuffy atmosphere on board. Inclusions can vary by fare, so we’ll walk you through exactly what yours covers.

We can help you add time in London before sailing or in the Scottish Highlands afterward. Share your dates and preferred cabin category and we’ll check fares and availability for this departure.
